RETURN / REFUND POLICY

Returns:

We do not ordinarily accept returns due to the fact that our items are custom made for each order. The only circumstance in which we will allow returns/ refunds is if there is a legitimate material craftsmanship, shipping, or related problem with your order. All return and refund requests will be accepted or denied at the sole discretion of our store.

Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Any issue with your order or damage must be reported within 24 hours of your order delivery (for orders of 15+ items) to shopgreekmerch@gmail.com for bulk orders and within 5 business days for orders of 15 or fewer items. For bulk orders with chapter distribution, it is the receiving chapter's sole responsibility to accurately distribute apparel. Reprints/ refunds will not be issued due to incorrect inner-chapter distribution. 

 

Refunds:

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, if one has been approved, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Items must be unworn and in their original condition to receive a full refund. It can take 3-5 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund after it has been processed.
