1. Decoration Methods: We offer screen printing, embroidery, and digital printing. We chose the decoration method on an order-by-order basis based on quantity, colors, and value.  

2. Turnaround Time: Orders of 20 or fewer items typically ship within 5-10 business days. Larger orders ship within 14 business days. Need your items sooner? Ask us about rush production. 

3. Shipping: All orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx Ground by default. This means typically delivery within 2-5 business days after shipping

4. Licensing: We are officially licensed with many Greek Chapters. All designs must be within compliance with licensing standards and be approved by our licensing partners prior to printing.
